Assignment 7

When is breaking a law justified? I have two examples where that just happened. I think both example did the right thing. If the didn't break the law thing would still be the same.

The first example is the early Americans when the wanted to become independent form Britain. I think they needed to do this because if they didn't Britain would have kept "bullying" them around. It was a good thing that they stood up when no one Else would. They changed the country for ever.

The next example is the people during the Vietnam war burning their draft cards. This defiantly needed to be done. The country was not allowing young men to stat their own opinion about the war. They just threw them in with out any say so. The burning of draft cards made the government realize that it wasn't going to work.

Theses are some of the times i think u can break the law. Try to get the attention of important people need to be heard and have the freedom to do what they want.
